Our Services

Vocational Trainings and Talent development

This section deals with training on different vocational skills like Fashion Designing, Event Planning and decorations, Photography, catering, leather works, Graphics Design, and many more. Also talent development training like modelling, music, acting and others.

Development of Business Plan and idea Pitching

This is a step-up process where interested participants develop standard business plan for their start-up business and are able to pitch their ideas. This is also designed for interested business owners that want to scale up their businesses to attract investors.

Media and Digital marketing

This department ensures to promote our trainees start-up businesses, as well as all brand sponsors and partners connected to ‘Next Big Deal Hub’, through digital marketing, with the use of our social media handles.

Follow up and mentorship

The team in this section takes care of the post-training exercises by ensuring proper follow up after training and providing the necessary mentorship programs as the trainees start up their various enterprise.

Human Capital Management

We engage in process of improving team performance, capabilities and resources for more productivity. The department also ensures networking both locally and internationally for partnerships and funding, as well as creating interpersonal relationships between trainees and facilitators by serving as a link connecting the two. We also create association Imagery within all our brand partners and sponsors for them to attract more customers to their products and services.

Organisation of Seminars, Event Planning and Project Management

We organize business seminars annually which appeal to our outgoing skill students transitioning into entrepreneurs. We also invite other business owners and together share success stories and strategies, as well as information about marketing, registration and franchising, or other concerns. We thrive by partnerships with different brands, we also help other organizations plan their conferences, seminars or something related, managing all projects we sign agreement for.
